The staff is superbly friendly, the breakfast lovely, the location is brilliant so close to gardens, restaurant and the bus station and the train station and the seafront. The rooms are quiet with an electric kettle, central heating, and an iron.

The standard double room we stayed in was reasonably large and spotless with large comfortable bed. The location was good because it was just next door to the cafes take away and restaurant and the bus and train station for day trips out, the Garway Lodge Guest House, and the town centre. We had lunch in Harry Ramsden's, placed close by.
